Rosemary Lemon-tini

We love this recipe making a rosemary lemon-tini. All ingredients grown indigenously in Arizona too! We have featured this drink at the Ultimate Womens Exposition at the Phoenix Convention Center and the Yelp Pley Date at the Phoenix Childrens Museum. Below you will find the ingredients to make them for yourself at home!

 

2oz Rosemary infused Arroyo vodka.

1oz Lemon Juice

1oz Simple Syrup.

Pour ingredients into shaker with ice and shake for 15-20 seconds. Pour into martini glass and enjoy!

 

Infusion: Allow 1-3 sprigs of rosemary to macerate in a 750ml bottle of Arroyo vodka. Just drop the sprig into the bottle for no more than 5 days. This depends on how much flavor you want in the vodka. Arroyo Vodka is made of barley making it particular receptive to taking on the flavors of anything you mix it with.
