Apple pie is an American tradition and our brewing legends have bottled it here for you. Great served warm our Pye brings the full sweet spiced flavor of apple pie to your lips in liquid fashion!
Don’t stop with trying it warm though; we like it chilled too. Served straight of even a la mode, this unique treate promises a delicious culinary adventure!
Just how we tricked our apple pie into liquid form is our secret, but rest assured that each batch uses only the finest spices and apple juices blended with grain neutral spirits.

Apple Pye Tini
3 oz Arroyo Vodka
1 oz BB’s Apple Pye Liqueur
Dip the rim of a martini glass in BB’s Apple Pye Liqueur and then into a dish of crushed graham crackers.
Carmel Apple Pye
3 oz Dooleys Toffee Liqueur
1 ½ oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1 ½ oz BB’s Apple Pye Liqueur
In a shaker with ice, add ingredients, shake lightly and strain into a chilled martini glass. Top off with chopped nuts.
Apple Pye A la Mode
3 oz BB’s Apple Pye Liqueur
3 good scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
Add ingredients to blender and blend. Pour into a wine glass and garnish with a dried apple slice.
American Pye
3 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
2 oz BB’s Apple Pye Liqueur
In a shaker with ice, add ingredients and shake gently. Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Variation: Pour bourbon and BB’s Apple Pye into a coffee mug and heat for 30 seconds.
Apple Pye Peanut Butter
3 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
3 oz BB’s Apple Pye Liqueur
1 tablespoon of Peanut Butter
Mix in a blender and serve in a martini glass
Spiced Apple Sour
1 oz BB’s Apple Pye Liqueur
1 oz Spiced Rum
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
1 egg white (optional) gives the drink great body with a nice foam layer
Combine all ingredients in an ice filled shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. If using egg white, place a few drops of Angostura bitters on the foam for an aromatic garnish.
Apple Smash
1 ½ oz BB’s Apple Pye Liqueur
½ oz Gin or Vodka
5 fresh basil leaves
¼ lemon cut into wedges
Muddle basil and lemon in the bottom of a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a basil leaf.
An Apple a Day
1 oz BB’s Apple Pye Liqueur
1 oz Bourbon
Dash Angostura bitters
Lemon wedge
Ginger Ale
In an ice filled Collins glass, combine BB’s Apple Pye Liqueur, bitters and bourbon. Squeeze a lemon wedge and toss into glass. Stir well. Top with ginger ale.
The Big Apple (Apple Manhattan)
¾ oz BB’s Apple Pye Liqueur
2 oz Brandy (or Bourbon)
½ oz sweet vermouth
Dash Angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients and ice in an old-fashioned glass. Stir and garnish with a cherry.
Apple Tart
2 oz BB’s Apple Pye Liqueur
1 oz Brandy
1 oz Irish Cream
Shake all ingredients well with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with some freshly grated cinnamon and nutmeg.
